At Models.com, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds and exchanges.
1. Return Window
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 15-day period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
Documentation: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restrictions: Returns or exchanges without proper documentation, original packaging, or materials cannot be accommodated. Models.com does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns.
3. Non-Returnable & "Final Sale" Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable and are considered Final Sale. These include:

Sale items and "Final Sale" marked products.

Hats and headwear.

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized products.

International orders.
-
Items ordered through the use of a robot, automated device, or software.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@models.com with your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

Shipping Labels: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Fees & Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Approval Process: A refund will be provided only after Models.com has received the item and determined, upon inspection, that the return is eligible according to our condition requirements.

The Timeline: Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. After approval, it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Deductions for Returns: The processing of the return will be recovered upon return. The following will be deducted from your total refund amount:

Restocking Fee: A flat $8.00 fee per return.

Original Shipping: Any expedited shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Abuse Policy: Models.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge an elevated restocking fee (up to 20%) for items returned in violation of these terms (e.g., missing packaging) or for items determined to be purchased via automated "bot" software.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@models.com.

Defective products may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or a replacement, subject to availability.
7. Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, it is subject to availability.
We will ship your replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. Alternatively, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that for returns, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
