Shipping policy
1. Processing & Handling
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
- Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for order verification and packaging.
- High-Volume Releases: During new releases or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer free standard USPS shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States.
- Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Orders placed with these addresses may be subject to cancellation.
- To ensure the security of high-value deliveries, orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Models.com, Models.EditionsStore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as "Delivered."
- Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
- Liability: Our liability ends once the package is in the possession of the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that are stolen from doorsteps or lost by the carrier.
5. Address Corrections
Because we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally to Europe, the United Kingdom, and Canada — each piece dispatched from our U.S. studio with duties and taxes paid in full, so there's nothing to settle on arrival.

- European Union (priced in EUR €): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
- United Kingdom (priced in GBP £).
- Canada (priced in CAD $).
- Duties & taxes — included, no surprises: All applicable import duties and taxes (VAT in the EU and UK; GST/HST in Canada) are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs charges, taxes, or handling fees on delivery. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, and our partner Global-e acts as the merchant of record, remitting duties and taxes to the relevant authorities on your behalf.
- Estimated delivery & cost: International delivery times and shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your destination. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs can occasionally add a little time.
- Processing: The processing times in Section 1 apply to international orders as well.
- Returns: EU and UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel; Canadian customers have a 14-day return window. Full details are in our return and refund policies.
